green; veins white; disc orange/red, ovary
green w/burgundy; roots fusiform, surface
color orange-brown, pulp cream/yellow.
n.y.: pa'shenorr re'mam (pa'shenorr re' =
the oldest man)
Use: Tuber is edible and can be made into
'Masato' (cassava beer).
