Shrub, 3m; stem grey-brown; petiole green;
veins white; sepals yellow-green, disc
orange, ovary purple; roots conical, horizon-
tal, surface color orange/brown, pulp white.
n.v.: aspanamam (aspan=leaf, green)
Use: Tuber is edible and can be made into
'Masato1 (cassava beer).
