-green/burgundy;roots fusiform,horizontal,long,
surface medium-smooth, orange-brown; pulp white.
n.v.: yetsfiorBmam (named for a plant that
produces a purple die)
Use: Tuber is edible and can be made into
'Masato' (cassava beer).
