- Shrub, 2m; stem silver-brown; petiole green,
veins white, sepals burgundy/white; disc red,
ovary burgundy; roots fusiform, smooth, sur-
face color red-brown, pulp white.
n.v: popnoremam (popnor=female)
Use: Tuber is edible and can be made into
’Masato1 (cassava beer).
