Forest, west facing slope.

Description
Shrub, height 3m. Leaves decussate (in opposite pairs, each pair at right angles to the pairs above and below). Inflorescences occur at tips of branches. Petals, pistils, stamens and pedicels red. Fruits c. 7mm diameter, red with red stalks when ripe. No distinct smell to crushed leaves.
