Cruces, canyon below and to the north of Mesa El
Metate, ca. 6.5 km (by air) southwest of Los
Ranchos; ca. 18°39’30”N, 102°03’30”W, 950 m.
Tree to 8 m tall, with copious milky latex, fruits
green; common in tropical deciduous forest on a
steep hillside.
