Description
Trailing lithophytes. Base of leaves white (except youngest plants), red above dilated sheath. Intracauline roots. Corolla Xyris-yellow. Anthers dehiscing by slits, connective pointed. Stigma trifid. Abundant. (Photos; specimen in EtOH).
