Uncommon along small streams, with Pteris navarrensis (CJR et al. 2640 ), Polyphlebium, etc. Terrestrial, with erect rhizome. N9.55525 W83.66902 +/-8m. 2627 m elevation. Originally, duplicates were left at INB and CR, and additional dupes were mailed to DUKE. Those later dupes, however, were lost by the postal service. This specimen is the original INB duplicate, given to NY for deposit; one additional dupe should be at CR. Material fixed for chromosome study. Collected during the 2008 OTS Plant Systematics course.
