Habitat
On dry hard alkaline flats. With Enceliopsis nudicaulis and Distichlis stricta.

Description
Scattered perennial forming dense rounded mats up to 4 dm. across. The color of the flowers was pale straw, but those seen were already dry when collected so they may have been otherwise when fresh. J. C. Roos. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
