Habitat
Conifer (Pinus echinata, P. strobus, P. virginiana, Tsuga) dominated forest with mixed hardwoods (Acer saccharum, Betula lenta, Carya, Fagus, Nyssa, Oxyxendrum, Quercus alba, Q. rubra) and Kalmia-Rhododendron understory. corticolous on Fagus.
