Hills 6 miles south of Compostela, road to Mazatàn; deciduous
woodland now leafing out, the conspicuous genera including Acacia,
Bur sera, Cnidoscolus, Jatropha; elevation 900 m.
Abundant.
Tree to 10 m. high, 30 era, DBH., dioecious;
juice turbid; carpels 3-4; staminate
and pistillate flowers pink.
