Plants of the Guiana Shield Combretum Cuyuni-Mazaruni, Forest along Mazaruni River and islands on river. 6° 22' 20"N, 60° 22' 36" W Elev. 97 m. Riparian vegetation on white sand and rocky soil. Liana. Flowering stems green. Leaves coriaceous. Veins on upper side with prominent lighter venation. Inflorescence axillary and terminal racemes with flowers distant on lateral branches.
