from hosteria "Bella Vista", km 10 along track.

Vegetation: deciduous cactus scrub.
Erect perennial herb or shrublet to 1 m, cut stems exude copious white
sap; ridged stems yellowish green; flowers and fruits dark blood-red.
Very common on steep slopes of cactus scrub.
