Disturbed brushy areas, sandy and gravelly soil, with
Acacia albicorticata, A. aroma, Tessaria integrifolia,
Baccharis salicifolia, and slightly above flood plain with
Gallesia integrifolia, Diospyros inconstans.
Prostrate and rooting on bare soil, sometimes forming dense
patches to 0.5 m. in diameter.
