(General area: Rolling live oak woodland/grassland in sandy soil, sandstone and quartz
rocks on slopes, with Quercus fusiformis, Q. stellata, Diospyros texana, Prosopis
glandulosa, and Mimosa borealis predominating.)
Yellow ray flowers, no reddish brown.
