Laterite soil. Roadside, edge of forest. Tree, 6 m tall. Flowers
terminal. Bracteoles white; sepals pink; petals pink with white
highlights; stamens numerous in a disk at the bottom of flower;
stigmatic surface pink. Flower with sweet smell.
