Habitat
Flat to very gently rolling, sandy clay soil. Brushy with remnant trees, edges of pasture and dirt road to southwest, former tropical evergreen forest, with Croton matourensis, Abarema jupunba.

Small tree 8m tall, 15 cm. in diameter. With flower buds and a few old brown fruits. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
