    Ridge forest of northern hardwoods (Acer saccharum, Amelanchier, Betula alleghaniensis, Carya, Hamamelis, Oxydendrum, Prunus, Quercus alba, Q. prinus, Q. rubra) and Pinus strobus with Vaccnium understory and extensive rock weakly calcareous rock outcrops. corticolous on Acer saccharum.
