Locality: Parque Nacional La Amistad. Cerro Fabrega Coordinates: 09o05,967" S; 82o52'310" W Alt. 3100 m Date: 14 March 2003 Notes: Oak forest on Caribbean slopes of Cerro Fabrega, dominated by ferns, mosses, epiphytes. Terrestrial fer. Rhizome covered in dark furry scales. Stems black. Fronds dark shiny green above, dull green below. Sori in oblong rusty brown structures which are covered by indusia. Scattered. B.B. Klitgaard, A.K.
