Gallery forest. Bombacaceae, Leguminosae-Mimosoideae,
Myrtaceae and bromeliads dominant. White sand. Epiphyte on
main trunk of tree, habit gradlike. l-5m about ground.
Inflorescence terminal and axillary. Bracts distichous, flowers
white.
