Flora of Bolivia Family: Polygonaceae Polygonum lapathifolium Poir. Determined by: N. Ritter (NHA), 1995 Department of Cochabamba Province of Cercado City of Cochabamba Laguna Alalay. A large (ca. 175 ha.) lake with deep, anaerobic sediments. Elevation: 2550 m. S.17°24,20" x W.66°07'45" Emergent herb, with slightly succulent stems. Growing along the edges of the system. Common.
