Hara Determined by: Elsa Zardini, (MO), 1995 Department of Cochabamba Province of Carrasco Valle Sajta Stream behind the University of San Simon reserve at Valle de Sajta. Elevation: 230 m. S.17°06'53" x W.64°44'07" Shrub; ca. 1,5 m tall. Rooted in soil above the banks, but its branching extend into the open water and root at the nodes. Infrequent. Vegetation type: Bosque Humedo de Llanura. The second record in Bolivia for this species. November 26, 1994 # 1423 Collected by: Nur Ritter Hodgdon Herbarium University of New Hampshire 04038017
