hill of Tocantine complex. Herbfield in gully, and
lower part of hillslope. 800 m elev. Rocky serpen-
tine slope.
Erect, single, quadangular, flowering stems.
Flowers campanulate, 4 cm diam., 6 cm long, bluish-
mauve'. Stamens with purplish filaments, anthers all
upturned. Stigma towards lower part of tube.
