Description
From description affixed to sheet: Corolla peculiar in small size of throat in proportion to limb; lobes bright light blue, all with 3 or 4 purple pencillings from half way out running into throat (in some these commence at orifice), throat lilac within with white pubescence, blue-purple without as is tube. Not extremely 2-lipped. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.

From description of specimen affixed to sheet: Plants not common, but at Alta Mill formed mats on one rocky hillock that were 5-7 dm. across, apparently each from one individual. In this mass effect, the flowers were a rich blue-purple, covering the plant.
