    Tree c. 12 m. high, d.b.h. 10 cm. Outer bark smooth, grey; inner bark yellow- cream; wood hard, cream. Petiole brown below, green above; blade dark green above, green below, coreaceous Infructescences cauliflourous, brown. Fruits brown-red outside, red inside; seeds brown.
