Tree 15-20 m tall with several trunks from base, each about 30
cm DBH; branching open, canopy narrow; bark gray-brown,
scaling and fluted; fruits green. Only three plants seen in this
area, 2 carpellate, 1 staminate. Three others seen further down
canyon (2 staminate, 1 sterile).
