The specimen, 1971-5» which'you prepared before your recent
visit here has just come in today. It is Khiphofia uvaria (L.)
Hook#J a plant of South Africa occasionally grown and escaped in
the highlands of western Guatemala.
We appreciate having the specimen for there are few of
them in the collection.
