New Zealand, Bay of Islands, .25 mile north
of Oneroa Beach, one third mile inland. Grow-
ing in a westerly-sloping fern gully, in
shaded, rich, damp, grey soil and on rocks.
Alt. 100 ft. Drooping, tufted fern with
fronds 6-8 inches long.
