clumps w/ many fine, thickly matted roots.
Pinnules fused to rachis.' 5ori in ciràles
underneath.
Grazed.
Area near small lake (73°39W, 10°48N), which
is source of Rio Donachui. Sparse vegetation
within a Tundra Pluvial Alpina zone with
500-1000mm/year rainfall. Alt. 4500m.
