Marsh, flat, Carex, Scirpus, Salix petiolaris, Salix discolor.
Shrub 2.5 m. tall, the stems to 1.8 cm. in diameter, to 7 or 8
years old, forming a loose clump or small loose patch.
Voucher for wood specimens at Kw, Lw, MADw,
MEXUw, RSAw. Pistillate; catkins visited by small insects.
Compare with nearby staminate plant in anthesis, Nee
63453, S. petiolaris.
