NE 1/4. Mellow Valley Quad (7.5 min). N lat. 33° 8'
30.8" x 85° 37'30.6".
Growing in vegetative island depressions across granite
flat rock pavement. Fully exposed habitat growing with
Pinus, Juniperus, and Quercus. Many lichens and
bryophytes. Elev. 800 ft.
