Emergent herb. Growing on a
floating mat of Eleocharis
acutangula. Occasional. Caespitose.
Fertile. Habitat: a large wetland
with extensive floating mats of
Pontederia cordata in the front half,
and a large pond in the back half,
surrounded by a mat of Eleocharis
acutangula.
