Description
spore length: 7 - 8.75 microns; spore width: 6.75 microns; spore shape: elliptic; spore texture: warts and ridges; spore color: hyaline; spore print color: white. Close examination by Dr. Methven (see annotation above) combined with the 2015 DNA analysis confirmed that this specimen is Lactarius hygrophoroides.
