    spore length: 10 - 12.5 microns; spore width: 4 - 5.5 microns; spore shape: oblong; spore texture: smooth; spore color: clear; spore print color: white. Close examination by Dr. Methven (see annotation above) combined with the 2015 DNA analysis confirmed that this specimen is Pleurotus dryinus.
