hunting trails.

Mixed Dipterocarp forest, clay soil; associates include:
Shorea, Knema, Lithocarpus, Artocarpus.
Growing in disturbed primary forest, open area.
Morphology:
Small tree 4 m tall, 5 cm dbh. (Spotted growing at 22 m).
Outer bark greyish, smooth. Leaves fleshy, dull green. Fruit
turning bright yellowish-orange. Common.
