Steep rocky slopes. With dry woodland dominated by
Schinopsis haenkeana.
Native plant on steep slopes of arid woodland of Schinopsis
haenkeana. This plant a rosette with senescent leaves to 95
x 11 cm and probably larger. The inflorescence ca. 4.5 m
tall, with branches in the upper ca. 2 m. No fruits seen but
with abundant green fleshy plantlets, these readily falling
off.
