Avenue, Champaign. At west bank of drainage - creek
near water company fenceline. Compost pile.
Weedy area, with Amaranthus, Chenopodium cf.
album, Conium maculatum, Glechoma hederacea,
Polygonum spp., Rumex crispus, Solanum ptycanthum,
Digitaria sanguinalis. Flowers (petals) pale
pinkish-white [nearly translucent] with darker
pink-purple tips, only slightly longer than calyx, petals
erect. Very local herb with large taproot, stems trailing.
