to Riberalta. Elevation: 170 meters.

Submerged herb. Rooted in sand
and gravel in the stream bottom.
Locally abundant. Flowering along
the edge of the stream, where the
plants are growing in shallow water.
Inflorescences white. Water
conditions: aguas claras; current
fairly strong.
