hickory-pine woodland along shore of Lake Wylie.
Elevation 570 Ft. Substrate red clay ultisol. Associated
species Quercus rubra, Liriodendron tulipifera,
Carya sp., & Pinus virginiana forming canopy;
Elaeagnus umbellata, Cornus florida, & Ilex opaca in
understory. Flowers yellow.
