Yunnan Province, Zhongdian Xian (Xianggalila Xian), Xiao
Zhongdian: Tianbao Shan, E of Xiao Zhongdian. 27°36'19"N,
99°53'9"E; 3680-3840 m. Narrow valley with cut over Abies-Picea
forest on lower slopes and scree slopes above on both sides of
valley; meadow-like areas near stream and on slope between scree
slopes. Under large limestone boulder in areas not exposed to rain,
but also on moss covered limestone rocks. Loosely colonial from
creeping rhizome. DNA material available.
