Attached to Prosopis alba tree, this common large tree with
spreading branches and deeply furrowed bark is always
covered with masses of epiphytes and few other trees in the
area have an epiphyte load. Tepals whitish; old faded
flowers creamy tan; ovary yellow-green, eventually the fruit
dark red.
