Long. Along Rt. I-90-E, 0.6 mile west of exit 32, Rt.
290/430 bridge], 9.7 km east of Erie. Elevation about
1200 feet.
Roadside wetland ditches with Lythrum salicaria,
Typha. Locally common erect herb 3-4 feet tall, flowers
pink; perennial with stolons / rhizomes. Especially noted
along a 20 mile or so area along interstate here;
apparently spreading.
