(highway 214) to Xining and opposite the confluence of
Tongtien-He (upper Chang Jiang) and Sepa rivers:
32°59’42"N; 97°14’54"E. Elevation 3500 m. Dry cliffs and
adjacent dry to moist slopes.
Dry slopes. Plants in individual clumps, stems clustered.
