Elevation: 650-670 m. 5°28'0"N 60°4'0"W. Savanna and cloud forest. Terrestrial; fruit green. Det. B. hechtioides Mez by B.K. Holst, 1997. Savanna dominated by Cenchrus, Brocchina, and Orectanthe, shrub islands over rocks with Clusia, Myrtaceae, Temstroemia (2 spp.) and Ilex. Growing in cloud forest dominated by Moronobea, Clusia, Dicymbe, and Te. J.J. Pipoly 10769 27 February 1987 With: G.
