Kansas, Douglas Co. SW side of Clinton Reservoir. Natural Area on S side of County Road 1029-458, just N finger of Lake. T.13S R.18E section 19 SE 1/4 of NE 1/4. Elev 280 m.
Weedy, upland tallgrass prairie, with scattered Madura
pomifera and Ulmus rubra, and mesic Quercus muhlenbergii
forest along edge of prairie and on slopes above Wakarusa
River floodplain. Frequent surfacing limestone.
Common. Most plants with white tepals, few with greyish-
blue tepals.
