Production Unit. 467 m. 11°47'08"S 72041'57"W. Primary, moist, lowland, non-flooded
forest dominated by bamboo (Guadua). Wet season.
Epiphytic herb on trunk of tree; secondary axis of infructescence marroon; bracts green
and reddish; fruit ovoid, blue or white. Specimens preserved in 55% ethanol before drying.
