Along wet margins; spathe spirally twisting above main
portion, subcoiriaceous, sulcate-grooved, paler green
within, bronze-lavender without; outer part of main spathe
bronze-lavender without, greenish white within; spadix
brown-lavender, 6 cm. long, 1.5 cm. broad; scape buff
green with numerous dark brown-purple diamond-shaped
blotches and patches. Between Amacuro and mouth of
Deadwater
