T AS 3£> PALMS OF VIETNAM Vietnam. Gia Lai Province, Ho Chi Minh Highway, East Branch, 14935’N, 108°25’E, 22nd April 2017. Calamus rhabdocladus Burret Stems clustered, 2-4 m long, 1 cm diameter, falling down on the ground and rooting at the apices to form new plants. Flagella absent; petioles 35 cm long; rachises 1 m long; pinnae 28 per side, regularly arranged but with gaps. Staminate plant, inflorescences very short with only one partial inflorescence. A.
