Panamá. Prov. Codé. Near abandoned saw mill 6-7 km NNW from El Copé
toward Alto Calvario. 08°40'N, 080°35'W. Elev. 800 to 900 m. Cloud
forest. Terrestrial on wet banks in dense shade. Large succulent
herbs to 40 cm tall and 60 cm across. Corollas yellow, [photo].
