Ecuador. Province: Morona-Santiago. San Juan Bosco. Road between San
Juan Bosco and the village of Santiago de Panantza (following Rio
Panantza). 1050 m. 03°10'54"S 078°26'24"W. Premontane wet to moist
forest. Scandent subwoody vine. Bracts red and ovate; clasping flowers.
Corolla tubular and yellow with reflexed lobes. SEM sample #38 (limited
pollen grains obtained).
